Initial 20 min Session

Explore your mental health journey with a complimentary initial 20-minute session. This opportunity allows you to connect with me where I listen to your unique concerns, understand your goals, and determine if we're a good fit. Whether you're seeking support for anxiety, stress, or personal growth, this brief conversation is the perfect way to assess how I can best assist you. Let's take this first step together towards a brighter, healthier future.
Initial Intake Session
$225 / 60 min
In your intake session, we'll create a warm and welcoming space where you can share your thoughts and experiences openly. Together, we'll explore your goals for treatment, allowing you to express what you hope to achieve on your mental health journey. This session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, understand your unique story, and establish a foundation of trust. With compassionate guidance, we will begin to chart a personalized path toward your well-being, ensuring you feel heard, supported, and empowered every step of the way.
Subsequent Session
$175 / 50 min
In our subsequent session, we will delve into how you’ve been navigating your world outside of our time together. We’ll explore the skills you've been implementing and how they’ve impacted your daily life. We'll discuss the support systems you’ve turned to—be it friends, family, or self-care practices—and assess their effectiveness. Additionally, we’ll take time to reflect on your current thoughts and feelings about recent events in your life, creating space to process any challenges or triumphs you may be experiencing. This session is a chance to celebrate your progress and address any obstacles, ensuring you leave feeling more equipped and empowered.
Payment
Credit/Debit/HSA/FSA cards accepted. Balance due at the time of service.
I do not accept insurance. I can provide receipts/Superbills for service which you can submit for out-of-network or FSA/HSA reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy
I require 24 hours notice for rescheduling or canceling of appointments. If less than 24 hours notice is given $100 will be charged; exceptions can be made on a case by case basis
